The 'video finished' message appears and I receive a snapshot of the file. It may take several restarts before the app works. It is a terrible app and night owl clearly doesn't want to do anything about it.Īpp took forever to open. There are always connection problems and hot fixes. Playback is not working or showing enough playsbacks is an insult. The app is very slow and the camera doesn't show up until I close it and reopen it several times. It doesn't matter if multiple vehicles are driving in front of it. Didn't help! Time after time the disappointment continues The system detects our flowers in the wind but will not pick up a truck blocking the driveway. If there's no connection I was advised to log out, then log back in. Sometimes it will detect the shadow of clouds moving, but miss a car moving down the driveway.

Well, since I viewed it, I now have to exit to the home page, Playback, Search, scroll, scroll, scroll, find the video I wanted (wait, was it this one?) and then download it. Once I scroll up and have reached the bottom of the list, I should be able to just scroll up and the app should reindex and let me go from there.Īnd oh look, I watched something interesting at video #158 and I want to save it. There's NO REASON I should have to scroll back to the top. And keep doing the same process over until all 163 videos are indexed. Now I've got 90 of the 163 videos indexed. Once I'm there, I have to scroll down and wait while the app indexes the next 30 and adds it to the list. So now I then have to SCROLL DOWN TO GET ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE TOP. If I scroll up and up and up, I get to the end of the 30. If I have 163 videos, the app only indexes the most recent 30 videos. I have to exit the app to the home page and go through the entire process again - Playback, Search, Select day and scroll to the video I want to save but then DO NOT PLAY. If I view a video, see something interesting that I want to save and decide I want to download it, it won't download. There are so many things wrong with the app. Likewise, if you have a question yourself you should start your own topic, not attempt to derail from the OP's question by posting your own questions in the comments. While elaboration and further suggestions are generally okay, the point of comments should be to answer the OP's question not to change the topic to fit your personal preference/beliefs. If the poster is asking about cameras, simply posting that they should get a gun is not acceptable. As in, if a poster asks for suggestions about a hardwired alarm, simply answering to get a camera is not acceptable.
